IGCSE Results

The IGCSE results for the June 2006 session were declared worldwide on August 7, 2006. We are happy to announce that the students who appeared from Parkwood secured a cent percent pass.
An outstanding ‘Straight A’ score was secured by Ujwala Uppaluri in all eight subjects. This included three A-Stars [the highest grade in the scale of A* -G] in Business Studies, English and French.
Ujwala has been assigned a Distinction in the ICE Group Award. ICE is the Group Award of the IGCSE and requires the study of subjects drawn from the five different IGCSE subject groups.
The Parkwood Family congratulates the X IGCSE students and wish them the very best for the future.

Independence Day Celebrations

India’s 59th Independence Day was ushered in at Parkwood with the hoisting
of the national tri-colour by Mr. M S Ayub.

A Fun-Filled Day
 |
During the break from August 11-15, we went to the city for a day on 14th of August. First, we went to IMAX to the 3D theatre. We watched ‘Superman Returns’. After that, we went to ‘Scary House’. Like its name, it was very scary. We had lunch at Pizza Hut, there we ate chicken and vegetarian pizzas. It was very delicious. When we came back, I returned in Ayub Sir’s car. His car is very cool and comfortable.
Even though we were all tired at the end of the day, I think we had a very good time. I hope we go out to the city again soon.
