Registration Fee is payable at the time of submission of the completed Application Form for the Application to be recognized and processed. It is a one-time, non-refundable payment. |

The Admission Fee is a one-time, non-refundable payment. |

The Caution Deposit is interest-free and is refunded when the child leaves the school or is withdrawn from the school, after adjusting the dues, if any. Please read the Withdrawal and Refund Rules of the school, available separately. |

The Annual School Fee includes the cost of tuition, living, extra-curricular activities, all curriculum related books & notebooks, sports, non-personal sports gear, basic medical care and recreational activities. The “Single Payment” provision is optional. |

NRI Parents are required to comply with the laws of Foreign Exchange prevailing in India while making the payments. |

The uniforms and accessories will be procured by the school on behalf of the child and will be debited to the student account. All bed & linen items will be provided by the school at no extra charge. |

The cost of Travel that the school incurs on behalf of the child while travelling to home/airport shall be debited to the student account. |

Personal consumables indented by the child like toiletries, tuck, basic stationery (pens, pencils etc) will be debited to the student account. |

Payments must be made by cheques or demand drafts in favour of “Parkwood School International” payable at Hyderabad only. For Electronic Fund Transfer (ETF) directly to the school’s account please contact the City Office for our bank details. |

The remittance of the school fee in time is the responsibility of the parent/guardian as per the due dates mentioned above. Delayed payments will attract penal charges at Rs.150 per calendar day till the reopening of the school and Rs.200 per day thereafter. |

Parents are requested to be aware of the Withdrawal and Refund Rules. With the payment, it automatically confirms that the parent has read, understood and agreed to abide by the refund policy fully. |

Parents are advised to expect an increase of about 10% in the Annual Fees for the Academic Year 2009-2010. |

The above Fee structure does not include Government Taxes and Levies. If they are introduced, parents will be liable to pay the same as applicable. |
