Home Exit #2 and #3 – Academic Year 2009-10

This Circular pertains to the Home Exit #2 and Home Exit #3 of the Academic Year 2009-10 as scheduled in the Annual Calendar. In view of the upcoming First Term Examinations scheduled from the first week of October, parents and guardians are requested to note and abide by the following points:

1.

a) Students of Grades 3 to 6 are permitted to avail of both the Home Exits.
b) Students of Grades 7 to 11 are permitted to avail of any one of the two Home Exits.
c) Students of Grade 12 are not permitted on both the exits.
d) There shall be no granting of Optional Exits from 19-Sept-2009.

2. The school will conduct Academic sessions for the students present on campus during these breaks.
3. For the return journey, the bus will depart from NTR Gardens (Near Prasad’s Imax Complex) at 7:00am sharp. Please ensure the children reach the departure point by 6:45am. (Suitcases and large bags will not be allowed in the bus)
4. Parents/Guardians wishing to avail of the return bus facility for their wards must inform the school of their intent by e-mail (info@parkwoodschool.com) or by faxing a written request to the campus at 08416-274328. The cut-off dates for reserving the seats are given in the table above. Parents will be charged Rs. 300 per head for this facility. Requests received after the Cut-off dates will be subject to availability of seats and charged Rs.500 per head.
5. Students not registered/availing of the bus facility will be assumed to be travelling independently. Any form of unauthorized absence from school will result in a penalty of Rs. 1000 per calendar day of such absence.
6. Parents are reminded not to permit their wards to bring any of the prohibited items to the school. Prohibited items once confiscated will never be returned, irrespective of value or importance.
7. Students are not permitted to travel out of campus with anyone other than their own parent or the approved local guardian. The school decision will override requests by parents, if any.
