Dear Parent,

Thank you for your interest in Parkwood School International. We welcome enquiries regarding admission and are always ready to extend any assistance that you may need in this process.

This document aims at guiding you on the admission procedure and ensuring a fruitful interaction with us. Please read it thoroughly.

Step 1 Visit the website www.parkwoodschool.com for complete details of Parkwood. If you have any queries, please send an email to info@parkwoodschool.com. Emails are generally responded to within one working day. Also, during select timings, you can chat with one of our counselors at parkwoodchat@yahoo.com.
Step 2

If you think that Parkwood is the institution that you would like to consider for your child, please fill in the attached First Information Form. This should be accompanied by a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500 (or US$ 50 for overseas enquiries) for an Admissions Kit. This can be paid by cash, demand draft or wire transfer. (Bank details for wire transfer can be obtained from the school).

Upon receipt of the payment, the school will despatch an Admissions Kit which also contains the Admission Application Form.
Step 3 Schedule an appointment with the Admissions Coordinator. Parents are advised to be punctual for the given appointment.
Step 4 Send the completed Application Form and a Non-Refundable Registration Fee of Rs. 5000 to the Parkwood City Office.
The completed Application Form can also be emailed to info@parkwoodschool.com or faxed to [91] 08416-274328.
Please do not send any mails, parcels or packages to the School Campus. All postal correspondence must be directed to the City Office only.
Incomplete forms are liable to be rejected without any intimation.
Step 5 On receipt of the completed Application Form and the accompanying Registration Fee, you will be notified about the date and time of the Assessment Test.
Step 6 Upon conclusion of the test, you will receive an Assessment Test Report which will detail the outcome of the test.
If your child is granted admission, a Provisional Letter of Admission (PLA) will be issued by the school. You will be required to complete the financial payments within 7 calendar days of the issue of the PLA and the fulfillment of other formalities like documentation will have to be complied with as advised.
