WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND RULES - FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS)
(For the information of and confirmation by the parents of foreign students)
Normal Withdrawal Notifications:
A parent wishing to withdraw a child from the school at the end of an Academic Year must make a written request of the intention and collect an acknowledgement of the same from the school. The school expects the parents to give notice of the intention of withdrawal before 31st January. In case of delays, the following withdrawal charges shall be payable by the parent:

Withdrawal Of Newly Admitted Students:
In case of a withdrawal of a newly admitted child at the behest of the parent, only the Caution Deposit will be refunded.
However, if a parent wishes to withdraw the child within a week of joining the school, and being satisfied of any valid and strong reason, the school authorities, at their sole discretion, may decide to refund a certain quantum of the School Fee. The discretion is solely of the school authorities and will be irrevocably binding on the parent.

Refund Of Caution Deposit
Caution Deposits will be refunded at the end of the Academic Year, on 15th May. This applies to all the students, existing and newly admitted. Refunds will be made after deductions of dues, if any. Please note that the school will NOT adjust the Caution Deposit towards the school fees due.
Parents are advised not to make special requests or approach intermediaries for relaxation of the rules of Withdrawal and Refunds.
