FEE CIRCULAR TO PARENTS/GUARDIANS

This circular is regarding the Annual School Fee payment for the Academic Year 2011-12 commencing from 20th June 2011. The details pertain to existing students of Parkwood and not applicable for new admissions:

The last date of payment of the 1st Instalment at the Parkwood City Office is Monday, 16th May 2011.

Delayed payments attract a late fee of Rs.150 per calendar day of delay. Please refer to the Parent Handbook for complete details on the consequences of delayed payments.

RUPEE PAYMENTS:  Indian Rupee payments are accepted in the following ways:

Cash is accepted at the City Office only. Please collect the receipt for the payment without fail.
By Cheque or Draft favouring “Parkwood School” and payable at Hyderabad only.
Electronic Funds transfer by RTGS through Indian Banks:

FOREIGN REMITTANCES:

Parents of students who are Foreign Nationals, Non-Resident Indians or Persons of Indian Origin living abroad are required to adhere to the laws of Foreign Exchange prevailing in India. As such, all payments on behalf of these students must be remitted in equivalent foreign exchange or through NRI Accounts maintained in India.
Remittances received in foreign currencies are converted into Indian Rupees by our bankers at the prevailing exchange rate and such conversion rates are irrevocably binding on the parents.
