SPECIFIC CIRCULAR APPLICABLE TO STUDENTS OF GRADES 10 & 12 (CBSE) & 10 (IGCSE)
(Board Batches of 2011)

CLASSES DURING SUMMER VACATIONS OF 2010

This Specific Circular is for the information of parents whose wards will be appearing for the Board Examinations in the year 2011 (those students in Grades 9 & 11 in the current year 2009-10).

The school will be conducting Summer Classes for the New Grade 10 & 12 students (also referred as Board Batches of 2011) during the next vacations as per the programme below:

School Closing for Summer Vacation
18-April-2010 (Sun)
Students of “Board Batches 2011” to report back at campus for Special Classes
8:00am 21-April-2010 (Wed)
Commencement of Summer Classes
9:00am, 21-Apr-2010 (Wed)
End of Summer Classes
29-May-2010 (Sat)
Students leave for 3-week Home Exit
2:00pm, 29-May-2010 (Sat)
Reporting Back to School
5:00pm, 20-June-2010 (Sun)

Since the school will commence the summer classes for these grades, parents will be required to remit the school fee for the Academic Year 2010-2011 on or before 15-March-2010. The facility of paying the school fee in 2 installments is not available to Grade 10/12 students.
