LAST WORKING DAY OF SECOND TERM

This is to inform the parents and local guardians that the last working day of the school for the current academic year is Sunday, 13th April 2008. Parents/Guardians are requested to collect their wards from the school campus after the Parent-Teacher Meeting between 10am and 11am.

			Students leave for Summer Vacations thereafter.

			Students to report to school campus before 5:00pm.

	Students will not be permitted to stay on campus after 13th of April 2008, except those students having the extra classes through the vacation.
	Those students whose travel plans are scheduled on or after 13-April-2008 will have to make their own arrangements of stay with the local guardians.
	Parents needing airport dropping/pickup for their wards must make a written/email request and receive formal acknowledgment from the school at least one week ahead of the travel date.
	Please do not make special requests to permit the students to leave the campus before the scheduled date and time of 10am on 13th April 2008, irrespective of the underlying reasons.
	The Circular for the School Fee payment for the Academic Year 2008-09 is being sent separately. The last date of payment is 15-April-2008 for Foreigners and 15-May-2008 for others.
	Parents requesting fresh uniforms for their wards must intimate the requirements on or before 30-Apr-2008. Written requests for additional uniforms will be accepted in the specified format only. The charges for these supplies will be debited separately to the respective student accounts.
