IGCSE Option
Dear Parent,
This circular is to give you a few details of the University of Cambridge IGCSE certification, as you may wish to consider enrolling your child in this curriculum from the following academic session.
The IGCSE is normally a two-year programme, though at PSI, we bifurcate into the IGCSE and CBSE streams from the commencement of Grade 8 onwards. Parkwood offers the following subjects in each of these streams:

We would recommend the IGCSE curriculum for a student who wishes to pursue his/ her higher studies abroad as it is recognized in more than 150 countries. It is also a highly suitable alternative for those keen on a blend of practical application and theoretical concepts.

Since your ward is currently in Grade 7, you are required to inform the school if you are interested in opting for the IGCSE stream by 15 February 2008. If we do not hear from you by this date, it will be assumed that your child will continue in CBSE stream.
