First Term Vacation
(Academic Year: 2007-08)
This circular pertains to the First Term Vacation of the Academic Year 2007-08, commencing from Saturday, 13th October, 2007.
| 1. | The last working day of the First Term is Friday, 12th October 2007. |
| 2. | Parent-Teacher Meeting is scheduled on Friday, 12th October from 10:00am to 11:30am. Parents and Guardians are required to attend this meeting to get an update on the academic progress and other matters of their ward. |
| 3. | Students are permitted to leave with their parents/guardians immediately after meeting the teachers. Requests made by Parents/Guardians to permit their wards to leave before 12th October 2007 will not be granted under any circumstances. |
| 4. | Students whose travel is scheduled for 13th October can stay back on campus and leave the next day, if so desired. If the parent requires the school to make the child’s air travel arrangements and/or drop their children at the airport, this must be communicated to the school on or before 30th September 2007. A drop/pickup charge of Rs.750 per head will be billed separately. |
| 5. | 2nd Term Fee: The last day for the payment of the Second Term Fee is 15th December 2007. The payment of the Second Term Fee is not applicable to parents who have made the full year’s payment in advance. |
| 6. | Commencement of 2nd Term: All students must report back at the school campus on Sunday, 11th November 2007 by 5:00pm for the commencement of the 2nd Term. Delayed reporting will entail a penalty of Rs.1000 per calendar day. |
| 7. | Airport Pickup: Parents of the non-local students requiring pick-up facility from the airport must request the school well ahead of time to make the necessary arrangements. The pick-up facility will be available only for students reporting as per schedule. |
