Home Exit # 1 – Academic Year 2007-08
This circular is for the information of parents and guardians regarding the Home Exit #1.

Home Exit #1 is on 18th and 19th of August 2007. Parents/Guardians can pick up their wards from the campus on Friday, 17th August 2007 from 4:00pm onwards.

A Parent-Teacher Meeting is scheduled between 3:00pm and 4:00pm on Friday, 17th August 2007. Parents/Guardians can collect the Statement of Marks of the Continuous Assessment Programme and meet the teachers to discuss the academic progress and well being of the child. |

Students must report back at the campus before 8:00am on Monday, 20th August 2007. Students who fail to report by 8:00am on 20th August will be levied a financial penalty of Rs. 1000 per calendar day of delay. |

For the return journey to campus on Monday, 20th August 2007, the school will arrange a bus transport facility for students opting to avail of it. The bus will depart from NTR Gardens (Near Prasad’s Imax Complex) at 7:00am sharp. Please ensure the children reach the departure point before 6:45am. (Suitcases and large bags will not be allowed in the bus.) |

Parents/Guardians wishing to opt for the return bus facility for their wards must inform the school of their intent by e-mail (info@parkwoodschool.com) or by faxing a written request to the campus at 08416-274328. The last date for receipt of these requests is 13th August 2007. Parents will be charged Rs. 200 per head for this facility. Requests received on or after 14th August will be charged Rs. 400 per head, subject to the availability of seats. It will be assumed that those students not registered/availing of the bus facility will be travelling independently. |

Students not availing the Home Exit can continue to stay on campus. If the parent wishes to have their ward continue to stay on campus during the weekend break, the school should be intimated by email. |

Parents are reminded not to permit their wards to bring any of the prohibited items to the school. Prohibited items once confiscated will never be returned, irrespective of value or importance. |

Permission for the extension of the Home Exit will not be granted.

Note: In order to ensure complete safety of the students, the school reserves an unconditional and unquestionable right to decline permission to students to travel out of campus with anyone other than their own parent or the approved local guardian. The school decision will override requests by parents, if any.
