DRESS REQUISITION FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2007-2008

Dear Parent/Guardian,

As you are aware, the students of Parkwood School International will be leaving the campus on 15th April 2007 for their Summer Vacations. The children have been instructed to take back with them all their uniforms and personal belongings. However, if the student/parent so desires, he/she may leave behind bicycles, skates and any other sports material.

For the Academic Year 2007-08, the school will be preparing for the requirements of the uniforms and accessories during the month of May.

Your ward may have outgrown/outworn the uniforms or accessories. Further, the school is proposing to change the Formal Prep/Evening Uniform for all students. The school tailor will be taking the necessary measurements of all the children before they leave for their vacations.

Hence, you are requested to inform the City Office of the fresh requirements of the other uniforms, if any, by 30-April-2007. Please use the relevant “Dress Requisition Form” for this purpose.

Requests received after 30-April-2007 will attract a “Late Charge” of 15% on the cost of the dresses.
