LAST WORKING DAY OF SECOND TERM

This is to inform the parents and local guardians that the last working day of the school for the current academic year is Sunday, 15th April 2007. Parents/Guardians are requested to collect their wards from the school campus after the Parent-Teacher Meeting between 10am and 11am.

			Distribution of reports and Parent-Teacher meetings between 10am and 11am.
			Students leave for Summer Vacations thereafter.
Sunday	17-Jun-2007		Summer Vacation ends
			Students to report to school campus before 5:00pm.

	Students will not be permitted to stay on campus after 17th of April 2007, except the 10 (IGCSE) and the New 10 (CBSE) students.
	Those students whose travel plans are scheduled on or after 17-April-2007 will have to make their own arrangements of stay with the local guardians.
	Parents needing airport dropping/pickup for their wards must make a written/email request and receive formal acknowledgment from the school at least one week ahead of the travel date.
	Please do not make special requests to permit the students to leave the campus before the scheduled date and time of 10am on 15th April 2007, irrespective of the underlying reasons.
	The Circular for the School Fee payment for the Academic Year 2007-2008 is being sent separately. The last date of payment is 15-April-2007 for Foreigners and 15-May-2007 for others.
	The Formal Evening Dress is being proposed a change. Hence, it is mandatory for all students to opt for fresh sets of the evening dress.
	Parents requesting for fresh uniforms for their wards must intimate the requirements on or before 30-Apr-2007. Written requests for additional uniforms will be accepted in the enclosed format only. The charges for these supplies will be debited separately to the respective student accounts.
