General Circular
This general circular is for the information of all parents and guardians.
| 1. | The August 2006 Home Exit of the students is from 12th to 15th August (both days inclusive). The parents/guardians can pick up their wards from the campus between 3pm and 5pm on Friday, 11th August 2006. |
| 2. | The students must report back at the campus before 8:00am on 16th August 2006. |
| 3. | A Parent-Teacher meeting is scheduled from 3:00pm to 4:30pm on 11-Aug-2006. |
| 4. | For the return journey to campus on 16th August, the school will arrange for bus transport for students opting to avail of it. The bus will depart from NTR Gardens (Near Prasad’s Imax Complex) at 7:00AM sharp. Please ensure the children reach the departure point before 6:45am. |
| 5. | Parents/Guardians wishing to opt for the return bus facility for their wards must inform the school of their intent by email (info@parkwoodschool.com) or by faxing a written request to the campus at 08416-274328. The last date for receipt of these requests is 11-August-2006. The parents will be charged Rs. 150 per head for this facility. Parents who do not register their children’s name will have to make independent travel arrangements to the Campus. |
| 6. | Those students not availing the weekend visit will continue to stay on campus. If the parent wishes to have their ward continue to stay on campus during the weekend break, please intimate us by email. |
| 7. | Parents are reminded once again not to permit their wards to bring any of the prohibited items to the school. |
| 8. | Permission will not be granted for the extension of the Home Exit. |
