General Circular

This is to inform the parents and local guardians that the last working day of the school for the current academic year is Sunday, 16th April 2006. Parents/Guardians are requested to collect their wards from the school campus after the Parent-Teacher Meeting between 10am and 11am.

			Students to report to school campus before 5:00pm.

	Students will not be permitted to stay on campus after 18th of April 2005, except the 10 (IGCSE) students.
	Those students whose flights are scheduled on or after 17-April-2006 will have to make their own arrangements of stay with the local guardians.
	Parents needing airport dropping/pickup must make a written/email request and receive formal acknowledgment from the school at least one week ahead of the travel date.
	Please do not make special requests to permit the students to leave the campus before the scheduled date and time of 10am on 16th April 2006, irrespective of the underlying reasons.
	The Circular for the School Fee payment for the Academic Year 2006-2007 is being sent separately. The last date of payment is 30-April-2006 for Foreigners and 15-May-2006 for others.
	Parents requesting for fresh uniforms for their wards must intimate the requirements on or before 30-Apr-2006. Written requests for additional uniforms will be accepted in the enclosed format only. The charges for these supplies will be debited separately to the respective student accounts.
