Incoming Telephone Calls
This is to inform all parents/guardians about the change in the Campus telephone number.
The school can be contacted at HUNTING NUMBER: 08416-264400. With the 8 lines connected to this single pilot number, the calling in difficulty of the parents is expected to ease.
The permitted timings for all in-coming student calls are:
| On Weekdays | 8:30pm to 9:30pm |
| On Saturdays | On Saturdays 2:00pm to 5:00pm and 8:30pm to 9:30pm |
| On Sundays | 7:00am to 9:30pm |
If the student is likely to be disturbed in his/her work or activity, you will be informed accordingly and will be required to call back later. Please limit your calls to not more than 2 per week and each not exceeding 5 minutes.
At times there is a distinct possibility that all the extensions of a particular area are busy. In such a case, you will have to call back later.
The suggested time to call is Saturdays and Sundays between 2 pm and 4 pm as the telephone lines and the students are easily accessible. However, an arrangement with your child in advance of the expected calling times would be beneficial in avoiding disappointments and to save time.
The dialing code to the campus is +91 8416. If you are calling from Hyderabad or nearby areas, the alternate dialing code is 95-8416.
