PARENT TEACHER MEETING & LAST WORKING DAY OF FIRST TERM – ACADEMIC YEAR 2009-10

The last working day of the school for the current term is Wednesday, 14-Oct-2009. Parents/Guardians are requested to collect their wards from the school campus after the Parent-Teacher Meeting between 10:00am and 12:30pm.

	Students will not be permitted to stay on campus after 15-Oct-2009.
	Those students whose travel plans are scheduled on after 15-Oct-2009 will have to make their own arrangements of stay with the local guardians.
	Parents needing airport dropping/pickup for their wards must make a written/email request and receive formal acknowledgment from the school at least one week ahead of the travel date.
	Please do not make special requests to permit the students to leave the campus before the scheduled date and time of 10:00am on 14-Oct-2009 irrespective of the underlying reasons.
	The last date of payment of the 2nd installment of the school fees is Tuesday, 15-Dec-2009. You may contact the City Office of the school at 040-64557700 for assistance.
	Students are not permitted to travel out of campus with anyone other than their own parent or the approved local guardian. The school decision will override requests by parents, if any.
