Parents of students who are Foreign Nationals, Non-Resident Indians or Persons of Indian Origin living abroad are required to adhere to the laws of Foreign Exchange prevailing in India. As such, all payments on behalf of these students must be remitted in equivalent foreign exchange or through NRI Accounts maintained in India.
