Last Working Day of Second Term

This is to inform the parents and local guardians that the last working day of the school for the current academic year is Sunday, 19th April 2009. Parents/Guardians are requested to collect their wards from the school campus after the Parent-Teacher Meeting between 10am and 11am.

Sunday 19-April-2009		Last working day of the 2nd Term.
		Distribution of reports and Parent-Teacher meeting between 10am and 11am.
		Students leave for Summer Vacation thereafter.
Sunday 21-June-2009		Summer Vacation ends.
		Students to report to school campus before 5:00pm.

	Students will not be permitted to stay on campus after 19th April 2009, except those students having the Summer Classes through the vacation.
	Those students whose travel plans are scheduled on or after 19th April 2009 will have to make their own arrangements of stay with the local guardians.
	Parents needing airport transfer facility for their wards must make a written/email request in the specified format at least one week ahead of the travel date and receive a formal acknowledgment from the school.
	Please do not make special requests to permit the students to leave the campus before the scheduled date and time of 10am on Sunday, 19th April 2009, irrespective of the underlying reasons.
	The Circular for the School Fee payment for the Academic Year 2009-10 is being sent separately. The last date of payment is 15-May-2009.
