6th Annual Day Celebrations and Home Exit of Students

Parkwood School International is celebrating its 6th Annual Day Function on Sunday, 11th January 2009. Dr. M.Vidyasagar, Executive Vice President, Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Hyderabad will be the Chief Guest on the Occasion.

On behalf of the Chairman of the Governing Council of Parkwood School International, I invite you to join the Parkwood family in celebrating this momentous occasion. Please feel free to bring along other members of your family and friends.

The cultural programme commences at 5:30pm followed by dinner at 8:00pm.

Home Exit :

At the conclusion of the Annual Day Function, students are permitted on a 7-Day Home Exit from 12th to 18th Jan 2008.
Parents/Guardians are advised to collect the Student Exit passes from the lobby after the conclusion of the programme. Please do not make special requests for early issue of Exit passes.
Students not availing of the Home Exit can continue to stay on campus

Reporting Back :

All students must report back to the school campus by 5:00pm on Sunday, 18th Jan 2008.
Unauthorised delay/absence from school will result in a financial penalty of Rs.1000 per calendar day.
Parents must ensure that the students do not bring back any of the prohibited items with them.

Arrangement of Bus Facility For Students :

The school will arrange for Bus Transport from NTR Gardens on Sunday, 18-Jan-2009.
Parents who wish to avail of the bus facility for their wards must request the school in writing by email (info@parkwoodschool.com) or by fax (08416-274328). The last date for receipt of booking requests is 09-Jan-2009. Requests received thereafter will be subject to availability of space.
A charge of Rs.300 per head will be levied for students availing of the facility. Requests received after 09-Jan-2009 will be charged Rs. 500 per head. No shows will also be charged.
The bus will depart at 4:00pm sharp. Please ensure that your child reaches the departure point by 3:45pm. Suitcases and large bags will not be permitted in the bus. It will be assumed that those students not registered/availing of the bus facility will be travelling independently.
Parents are reminded not to permit their wards to bring any of the prohibited items to the school. Prohibited items once confiscated will never be returned, irrespective of the value of importance.


In order to ensure safety of the students, the school reserves an unconditional and unquestionable right to decline permission to students to travel out of campus with anyone other than their own parent or the approved local guardian. The school decision will override requests by parents, if any.
