FEE CIRCULAR TO PARENTS/GUARDIANS

This circular is regarding the Annual School Fee payment for the Academic Year 2008-09 commencing from 15th June 2008.

As detailed above, the last date of payment of the 1st Installment at the City Office is Thursday, 15th May 2008. In case you have already made the payment, please ignore this circular.

RESIDENT INDIANS:

1.
Payments are accepted in the following ways:
  By Cash. Cash is accepted only at the City Office or at the School Campus. Please ensure you collect the receipt for the same without fail.
  By Account Payee Cheques or Drafts, payable at Hyderabad only. All instruments should be drawn in favour of “Parkwood School International”.

FOREIGN NATIONALS AND NON-RESIDENT INDIANS:

Parents of students who are Foreign Nationals, Non-Resident Indians or Persons of Indian Origin are required to adhere to the laws of Foreign Exchange prevailing in India. As such, all payments on behalf of these students must be remitted in equivalent foreign exchange or through NRI Accounts maintained in India.
3. Remittances received in foreign currencies will be converted into Indian Rupees by our bankers at the prevailing exchange rate as on the date of receipt and the rates so applied by the banker for conversion are binding on the parents.
4. Payments are also accepted in the following ways:
  By Cheques or Drafts drawn out of NRI Account and payable at Hyderabad only. All instruments should be drawn in favour of “Parkwood School International”.
  PIOs, NRIs and Foreign Nationals may remit the funds by Electronic Transfer of funds.


Please contact us for the details of the Bank Account. Please mention the reason for transfer as “Fee of <student name>, <roll number>”.
