The First Term examinations shall be held from 22nd November to 2nd December 2006.

The last working day of the First Term is 03-Dec-2006.

A Parent-Teacher meeting is scheduled between 9:00AM and 11:00AM on 03-Dec-2006. It is important that the parents or guardians attend this interaction for an update on the student’s first term performance.

The students can leave with their parents/local guardians after their meeting with the teachers.

Those students whose travel arrangements are scheduled for the 04-Dec-2006 can stay back on campus and leave the next day, if so desired. If the parent requires the school to make the child’s air travel arrangements and/or drop their children at the airport, this must be communicated to the school on or before 30th November 2006. A drop/pickup charge of Rs.500 per head will be billed separately.

The Demand Notice for the 2nd Term fee and the other dues is being sent to the parents now. The last date of payment is 15th December 2006. In case you have already made the full years’ payment in advance, please ignore the notice. Payments not received within the due date mentioned above will attract a penalty of Rs.150 per calendar day. Please contact the City Office for any assistance/clarification that you may need regarding the other outstanding dues, if any.

If the 2nd Term Fee is not received by the reopening date of the school, the child will be refrained from attending daily classes, in addition to the daily penalty charge as stated above.

To ensure complete safety of the students, the school reserves an unconditional and unquestionable right to decline permission to students to travel out of campus with anyone other than their own parent or the approved local guardian. The school decision will override requests by parents, if any.

For the commencement of the Second Term, the students are required to report to the school campus on 02-Jan-2007 by 5:00pm.

The first working day of the 2nd Term is Wednesday, 03-Jan-2007. Reporting on or after 03-Jan-2007, irrespective of the reasons, will be viewed as a serious lapse on the part of the parent and will attract stiff penal charges.

Parents of the non-local students requiring pick-up facility from the airport must request the school well ahead of time to make the necessary arrangements.

Students requiring fresh uniforms will have to intimate the requirements on or before 10-Dec-2006. Written requests for additional uniforms will be accepted in the enclosed format only. The charges for these supplies will be debited separately to the respective student accounts. Requests received after the last date will attract a 20% loading on costs for delayed processing.

NON-ADHERENCE TO SCHOOL RULES: It has been observed that some of the students have been violating the rules of the school, especially regarding the possession of eatables and other prohibited items. In certain cases, it was observed that the parents have encouraged or ignored the students disobeying the rules, which opposes the value systems that the school inculcates. We believe that it is an equal responsibility of the student and that of the parent to ensure that the rules of the school are always adhered to and complied with in true spirit.
