SECOND TERM FEE

This circular is in connection with the demand of the Second Term fee of the Academic Year 2006-07. The fee to be remitted is:

Please note that the last date for payment of the fee at the City Office is Friday, 15th December 2006. Payments received after the last date will attract penal charges of Rs.150 per calendar day. In case you have already made the payment at the beginning of the Academic Year, please ignore this notice. Please contact the City Office for clarifications or help.

RESIDENT INDIANS:

1.	Payments are accepted at the City Office only, in the following ways:
		By Cash. Please ensure you collect the receipt for the same without fail.
		By Account Payee Cheques or Drafts, payable at Hyderabad only. All instruments should be drawn in favour of “Parkwood School International”.
		By Electronic Transfer to the school’s account as detailed below.

FOREIGN NATIONALS AND NON-RESIDENT INDIANS:

2.	Parents of students who are Foreign Nationals or Non-Resident Indians are required to adhere to the laws of Foreign Exchange prevailing in India. As such, all payments on behalf of these students must be remitted in equivalent foreign exchange or through NRI Accounts maintained in India.
3.	All receipt of funds in foreign exchange will be converted into Indian Rupees at the prevailing exchange rate as on the date of receipt.
4.	Payments are accepted at the City Office only in the following ways:
		By Cheques or Drafts drawn out of NRI Account and payable at Hyderabad only. All instruments should be drawn in favour of “Parkwood School International”.
		NRIs and Foreign Nationals may remit the funds by Electronic Transfer of funds. The details of the Bank Account to transfer the funds are detailed below. Please mention the reason for transfer as “2nd Term Fee of <name>, <roll number>”.
