REVISED DATE OF HOME EXIT #3

This general circular is for the information of parents and guardians regarding the Home Exit #3.

1. As per the School Calendar, the Home Exit #3 is scheduled from Friday, 20th October 2006.
2. On account of the Formal Investiture Ceremony of the Prefects Council of the School on Thursday, 19th October, 2006, children will be permitted to leave on the 19th after the Ceremony. This option will be available only to those parents who attend the Parent-Teacher Meeting and Formal Investiture Ceremony.

The Revised Schedule for Home Exit #3 is as follows:

4. Programme for Thursday, 19th October, 2006:
4:00 – 5:30pm Parent-Teacher Meeting
5:30 – 6:15pm Refreshments
6:30– 7:00pm Formal Investiture Ceremony
7:00pm Children Leave for the Home Exit
5. For the return journey to campus on Thursday, 26th October, the school will arrange for bus transport for students opting to avail of it. The bus will depart from NTR Gardens (Near Prasad’s Imax Complex) at 7:00AM sharp. Please ensure the children reach the departure point before 6:45am.
6. Parents/Guardians wishing to opt for the return bus facility for their wards must inform the school of their intent by email (info@parkwoodschool.com) or by faxing a written request to the campus at 08416-274328. The last date for receipt of these requests is 17th October. The parents will be charged Rs. 200 per head for this facility. Requests received on or after 17th October will be charged Rs. 400 per head. Parents who do not register their children’s name will have to make independent travel arrangements to the Campus.
7. Students not availing the Home Exit will continue to stay on campus. If the parent wishes to have their ward continue to stay on campus during the weekend break, please intimate us by email.
8. Parents whose wards do not report as per the scheduled date and time will be levied a fine of Rs. 1000 per day of delay.
9. Parents are reminded once again not to permit their wards to bring any of the prohibited items to the school.
10. Permission for the extension of the Home Exit will not be granted.
11. There will be no Optional Exits granted in the month of November.
