Home Exit #2
This general circular is for the information of parents and guardians regarding the Home Exit #2 for Dusshera Festival.
| 1. | This Home Exit is on 1st and 2nd of October and the parents/guardians can pick up their wards from the campus from 2pm onwards on Saturday, 30th September 2006. |
| 2. | The CAP tests on 30th September will take place as scheduled. Requests to take the children earlier than 2pm will not be granted. |
| 3. | The students must report back at the campus before 8:00am on 3rd October 2006. Students who fail to report by 8am on 3rd October will be levied a financial penalty of Rs. 1000. |
| 4. | For the return journey to campus on 3rd October, the school will arrange for bus transport for students opting to avail of it. The bus will depart from NTR Gardens (Near Prasad’s Imax Complex) at 7:00AM sharp. Please ensure the children reach the departure point before 6:45am. |
| 5. | Parents/Guardians wishing to opt for the return bus facility for their wards must inform the school of their intent by email (info@parkwoodschool.com) or by faxing a written request to the campus at 08416-274328. The last date for receipt of these requests is 27th September. The parents will be charged Rs. 200 per head for this facility. Parents who do not register their children’s name will have to make independent travel arrangements to the Campus. Requests received on or after 27th September will be charged Rs. 400 per head. |
| 6. | Those students not availing the weekend visit will continue to stay on campus. If the parent wishes to have their ward continue to stay on campus during the weekend break, please intimate us by email. |
| 7. | Parents are reminded once again not to permit their wards to bring any of the prohibited items to the school. |
| 8. | Permission for the extension of the Home Exit will not be granted. |
