NON-RECEIPT OF UNIFORM REQUISITION FORM

This is for the information of Parents who not submitted the Uniform Requisition form for which the last date of submission was April 30, 2006.

Parents will have to pay 15% extra on the price of each set of uniforms and accessories. Their wards will not receive their uniforms in time for the school reopening date.
