Dress Requisition For Academic Year 2006-2007

Dear Parent/Guardian,

As you are aware, the students of Parkwood School International will be leaving the campus on 16th April 2006 for their Summer Vacations. The children have been instructed to take back with them all their uniforms and personal belongings. However, if the student/parent so desires, he/she may leave behind bicycles, skates and any other sports material.

For the Academic Year 2006-07, the school will be preparing for the requirements of the uniforms and accessories during the month of May.

Your ward may have outgrown/outworn the uniforms or accessories. Hence, you are requested to inform the City Office of the fresh requirements, if any, by 30-April-2006. Please use the Dress Requisition Form for this purpose.

The school tailor will take the necessary measurements of all the children before they leave for their vacations.
